This year, we are once again delighted to welcome the next generation of our trainees. 18 young people have decided to take the first step in their professional careers with the WELTE-GROUP.

As a recognised training company, we are committed to promoting young talent and see vocational training as an important building block. A special feature this year is the addition of a student from the dueal Bachelor of Arts degree programme "Marketing Management" to our team.

We have been successfully training young people in various professional fields for many years and are proud of our numerous graduates, many of whom are still part of our team.

Our experience shows: Investments in training pay off. They not only promote the individual growth of each person, but also contribute to the development and success of our entire company.
