Tube Bending

Welte produces on the latest CNC tube bending machines

tube bending at Welte — We bend pipes made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals with a diameter range between 4mm and 120mm.rohr

Tube Welding — We weld steel, stainless steel and aluminum with TIG, MIG, MAG, TIG-Orbital and MAG-Robot welding in process-optimized quality according to DIN 3834-2, DIN 15085-2 CL1 and DIN 2303.

Pipe-End Preperation at Welte — We bead, crimp, widen, taper, compress, slit and press on state-of-the-art end-working machines according to customer drawings.

Soldering — We braze steel, stainless steel and copper with induction brazing, flame brazing and inert gas furnace brazing.

Compression Fitting — We manufacture customized hose and tubing constructions and are a full-range supplier in the field of fluid technology. We assemble cutting and compression fittings from all well-known suppliers and in all available sizes, Parker, Eaton/Walterscheid, VOSS and Swagelok.
