Teambuilding event for our trainees at Face Off Neu-Ulm

The trainee excursion was a complete success! The Welte trainees went to the Face Off Neu-Ulm for team building. Our trainees were able to prove their skills, nerves of steel and knowledge in a game parkour consisting of 13 games. The focus was always on the community. Who can solve a task particularly well, how can we organise ourselves as a team and how do we communicate this? Teambuilding with a fun factor instead of dreary theory lectures!

The training day at Welte gives the trainees the opportunity to get to know each other, make friends and use their new contacts in their working lives. The Face Off Neu-Ulm is the perfect place to do this.
In addition to the contacts with each other, the personal development of the trainees at Welte is also in the foreground on such days. Through teamwork, the trainees also get to know themselves better. Their role in the group can be tested, strengths tried out and self-confidence built up. Responsibility can be taken on playfully and without pressure. Welte wants to promote a creative exchange and active interaction with each other. For our trainees who are just starting their working lives, we offer a great change of pace, positive memories and a strong bond between the new work colleagues. This great, eventful day flew by. At the end, our enthusiastic trainees went home with many great impressions.

And we are already looking forward to the next training event!
